1. Information Collection
• Information you provide to us
When you register for an account or communicate with us, we may ask you to provide certain personal details such as your name and email address. We also collect messages you send through the Service and information included in your User Content, such as uploaded text, designs, and photos.
This information is used to operate, maintain, and provide core features of the Service, to communicate with you, and to respond to your inquiries or requests.
If you choose not to provide necessary personal information, you may be unable to access or use certain parts of the Service, or your experience may be limited.
• Information from Third Party
If you access the Service by connecting or logging in through a third-party platform, that platform may share certain information with us, such as your user ID, access token, shared profile details, or publicly available information.
You should review and adjust your privacy settings on that third-party platform before connecting. If you later disconnect the integration, we will no longer receive data collected by that service.
If you choose to integrate third-party applications with our Service, we may receive or share relevant data as needed to enable the integration.
We may also obtain information about you from publicly available sources, social media platforms, or data providers — such as your company name, job title, or industry. We may combine this information with data you have provided to better understand your interests and deliver personalized recommendations or advertising.
You may opt out of this type of data collection at any time.
• Information Collected Automatically
We, or third-party analytics tools we use, may automatically collect certain information about your usage of the Service, such as the pages you visit, browser type, and technical details of your interactions. This data helps us analyze performance and improve user experience.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to identify your browser, enable quicker logins, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and personalize advertising.
You can control cookie settings in your browser, but some service features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
• Log Information
Each time you access the Service, our servers automatically record log information, including your requests, browser type, page interactions, referring links, and timestamps.
These logs are used for system maintenance, security monitoring, and performance analysis.
• Account Content
We collect and store the designs, images, documents, videos, and related metadata that you create and upload within the Elser.AI platform.
This data is used to enable core platform functionality and provide a consistent user experience.
• Location Information
We may collect precise or approximate location data through information you provide, your IP address, or third-party payment providers. This data helps us localize services, ensure compliance, optimize advertising, and calculate applicable taxes.
• Device Identifier
We may collect unique identifiers from your device (such as UUIDs or advertising IDs) to optimize functionality, improve performance, and deliver a better user experience across devices.
2. Information Usage
• Providing and Operating the Service
We use the information you provide directly to operate and deliver the Imagine Service. This includes enabling you to log in, maintaining and improving system functionality, granting access to your designs, and processing payments for transactions made through the Service. We also use automatically collected data to remember your preferences so you don’t have to re-enter them during future visits.
• Data Analytics and Service Enhancement
We analyze aggregated and anonymized information to better understand how users interact with the Imagine Service. This helps us improve performance, user experience, and platform functionality by monitoring metrics such as traffic volume, visitor trends, and demographic patterns.
• Predictive and Machine Learning Analytics
We may analyze your uploaded content, media, and account activity (e.g., photos, search terms) to personalize your experience and enhance our service using machine learning models. All processing is performed under strict access controls and privacy safeguards. For certain projects, where legally required or deemed appropriate, we will seek your prior consent.
These activities may include but are not limited to:
- Detecting and labeling image components to enhance editing features like background removal, blemish repair, and red-eye correction;
- Labeling raw data inputs;
- Identifying content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy for moderation and safety purposes (e.g., adult or copyrighted material);
- Translating audio tracks;
- Predicting relevant subscription plans or product offers to tailor communications and advertising;
- Analyzing search queries and user interactions to improve our recommendation algorithms.
• Service Communication
We use your contact information to communicate important updates about the Service, such as technical notices, security alerts, and administrative information.
• Promotions and User Engagement
We may contact you to invite participation in surveys or to inform you about new features and offers related to the Service that may interest you. We also use behavioral and preference data to deliver personalized recommendations and promotions. You may opt out of these communications at any time.
• Continuous Improvement
We analyze how users interact with the Service to evaluate effectiveness, enhance functionality, and develop new features that improve the overall experience.
• Advertising and Marketing
We and our third-party partners may use information, including cookies and other tracking data, to serve, personalize, and measure advertising both within our Service and across third-party platforms. This includes displaying relevant ads to you and reaching potential new users with similar interests.
• Customer Support
We use account and interaction data to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring stable operation and continuous improvement of the Imagine Service for all users.
