Membership Account / Member User: Refers to the account associated with your paid subscription. Upon successful activation of a membership plan, you become a Member User.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (including passwords) and for all activities conducted under your account.

Termination of Access: The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without prior notice. Upon termination, your account and all related data may be deleted and cannot be restored.

Users shall not engage in any activities that may disrupt, damage, or impair the normal operation or experience of other users, including but not limited to:
• Explicit or Adult Content: Uploading or generating pornographic, sexually suggestive, or gender-explicit materials.
• Service Disruption: Transmitting viruses, malware, or conducting denial-of-service attacks, spam, or other disruptive activities.
• Security Interference: Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security features or access restrictions.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to unlawfully access, interfere with, or damage the Website, servers, or databases.

ELSER.AI bears no legal liability for such content. You agree to indemnify and hold ELSER GLOBAL PTE. LTD. harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use or distribution of generated content.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising between you and the Company shall be resolved through binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator, rather than in court.
Individual Proceedings: Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only; class actions or collective arbitrations are not permitted.
Waiver of Jury Trial: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
